Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
